  • Step 3: Quality Check – After receiving your item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).

  • Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If we accidentally sent the wrong item or if your product arrived damaged, we will arrange a free exchange for you.

  • Please report any damages or errors within 3 days of delivery.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or customized products are made just for you and cannot be returned.
